As a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) you will take on the following tasks:

  • Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
  • Acceptance and processing of room reservations
  • Checking the booked reservations
  • Checking the daily accounts and cash settlements
  • Deputising for the reception manager when absent
  • Operating the telephone switchboard
  • General administrative tasks
  • basic knowledge of the german language

Reservation clerk (m/f/d)

As a reservation clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Accepting telephone reservation enquiries
  • Entering reservations into our hotel system
  • Creating offers
  • Advising guests and selling additional services
  • Working closely with the front office

Head of convention sales (m/f/d)

As Head of Convention Sales (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Management of the banquet and event team
  • Sometimes "out of the box" thinking
  • Acquisition, marketing and consulting on the phone and by e-mail
  • Sales talks as well as preparing offers and contracts
  • Organising conferences, seminars and other MICE events as well as weddings and private parties
  • Planning events with the specialist departments and external service partners
  • Ensuring service quality and looking after guests on site
  • Cost controlling and follow-up of events
  • Preparing and checking invoices
  • Maintaining contacts and negotiating prices

Event service employee/service employee in the event sector (m/f/d)

As an event service employee/service employee in the event sector (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Professional guest service in the entire conference and event area
  • Service during coffee breaks and snacks
  • Preparation and follow-up of the conference and event rooms
  • Contact person for our guests
  • Ensuring the smooth running of events
  • Operational realisation of a wide range of events from weddings and birthdays to exclusive corporate events

Service employee (m/f/d) - part time

in our à la carte restaurant Poststation Zum alten Forstamt

As a service employee for our à la carte restaurant "Poststation Zum alen Forstamt" (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Reception of guests
  • Supervision of your own station
  • Responsibility for the mise en place and the overall process at your station
  • Making recommendations for food and drinks
  • Providing wine advice, wine service and organising wine tastings
  • Ensuring a smooth service process
  • Operating the cash register system and correct invoicing
  • Ensuring excellent hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness
  • Complaints management, handovers and passing on information
  • Creative collaboration on new concepts and/or innovative food and drink menus

Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

As Chef de Partie (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • independent work
  • Mise en place and target-oriented preparation of all dishes
  • Active participation in the development of new recipes
  • Close and trusting cooperation with all colleagues in the company
  • Compliance with food hygiene regulations
  • Working across different items
  • Special care in handling and storing all raw materials and products

 


Kitchen assistant (m/f/d) - part time

in our à la carte restaurant Poststation Zum alten Forstamt

As a kitchen assistant for our à la carte restaurant "Poststation Zum alten Forstamt" (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Preparation of simple dishes
  • Preparing the breakfast buffet
  • Preparatory work such as peeling and cutting vegetables
  • Cleaning and working in the scullery

Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d)

in our à la carte restaurant Poststation

As a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Preparing high-quality meals
  • Carrying out goods orders and stocktaking
  • Checking incoming goods and working according to HACCP
  • Instructing and instructing subordinate team members

 


Housekeeping assistant (m/f/d)

As a housekeeping assistant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:

  • Cleaning the public hotel areas 
  • Cleaning and preparing the hotel rooms
  • Duty planning
  • Deputising for the housekeeper in your absence
  • Instructing and instructing subordinate team members
