- Management of the banquet and event team

- Acquisition, marketing and consulting on the phone and by e-mail
- Sales talks as well as preparing offers and contracts
- Organising conferences, seminars and other MICE events as well as weddings and private parties
- Planning events with the specialist departments and external service partners
- Ensuring service quality and looking after guests on site
- Cost controlling and follow-up of events
- Preparing and checking invoices
- Maintaining contacts and negotiating prices

As an event service employee/service employee in the event sector (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
- Professional guest service in the entire conference and event area

As a service employee for our à la carte restaurant "Poststation Zum alen Forstamt" (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
- Reception of guests
- Supervision of your own station
- Responsibility for the mise en place and the overall process at your station
- Making recommendations for food and drinks
- Providing wine advice, wine service and organising wine tastings
