The cuisine in the Poststation has regional roots and also reflects the new German cuisine. Our chef Julian Schmutzer creates traditional dishes from the north Hesse region in a skillful way, using locally sourced fresh products. We are not only dedicated to traditional ways of cooking, but creating new dishes using only locally sourced products changing due to season and supply from our gardens and local farmers. Resulting in fine culinary delights in a unique atmosphere.
